Straight answers, up front

The questions ServiceNow platform owners actually ask us, answered the way we'd answer them in the room. Anything missing? The contact form reaches real humans.

Working with SMAITS

The basics

One thing, deeply: ServiceNow. We advise on, implement, integrate, extend and manage the Now Platform — ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC and custom App Engine applications — as projects or long-term managed services.

No — we're a services partner, not a reseller. We advise on licensing independently (SKU fit, fulfiller counts, renewal strategy), and because no commission sits behind that advice, it routinely saves clients 15–25% at renewal.

Our sweet spot is organizations from ~1,000 to 50,000 employees — big enough for the platform to matter, complex enough to need it done right. We're candid when we're not the right fit.

Most of our AMS clients came to us after go-live, when the original implementer moved on. Common entry points: an instance health check, a CMDB rescue, a stalled adoption, or a second opinion on a roadmap. All are fixed-price and low-commitment.

Assessments and health checks are fixed-price. Implementations are milestone-based. AMS is subscription-based with SLA backing and banked enhancement hours. Where measurable, we offer adoption- and outcome-linked pricing.

Health checks and assessments start within two weeks of signature. Implementation squads mobilize in three to four. AMS transitions run 4–8 weeks depending on instance complexity. Urgent instance issues — call the 24/7 line.

Operations & contracts

The fine print, in plain language

Severity-based response SLAs (15 minutes for S1, 24/7) with service-credit backing, plus experience commitments: adoption, deflection and CMDB health targets reviewed quarterly. Every commitment is in the contract, not the brochure.

Our upgrade factory keeps you within N-1 of ServiceNow's twice-yearly family releases: automated ATF regression, sub-production rehearsal, and execution in pre-agreed quiet-hour windows. Most upgrades complete in a five-day cycle.

Out-of-box first, always. Every deviation passes our architecture review board, is documented with its reason and owner, and is logged in a debt register we review with you quarterly — so upgrade risk is a known list, not a surprise.

DPDP- and GDPR-aligned operating procedures, least-privilege access with named engineers, full audit trails on our activity in your instance, and annual independent audits (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II) whose reports you can review.

Yes — every contract includes a documented exit plan, knowledge-transfer obligations and complete documentation handover. We win renewals through performance; lock-in is not a strategy we respect.

Live dashboards 24/7 — the same ones our engineers use — plus a monthly service review and a quarterly value review covering adoption, deflection, data health, debt and the improvement plan, tracked like tickets, because they are.
